Products in stock are usually shipped within 72 hours and delivered during the interval of days indicated on our site.
The estimated delivery date of the order is indicated in the order confirmation, at the time of purchase and / or payment, as well as on the detailed product page. Unless previously decided otherwise and in case of late delivery of more than 30 business days – and if you are not responsible for the delay – you have the right, as a customer, to cancel the purchase.
If your parcel must be withdrawn at a relay point, you must remove it before the deadline given in the order notification. In principle, you are required to pick up your package in person by presenting a valid ID and the order number.
The customer always receives a notification of delivery indicating the place and the date of withdrawal of his parcel. If your parcel must be delivered in COLISSIMO, it is stipulated in the product file, that the parcel does not fit in a mailbox. In case of absence, it will be deposited at the nearest post office. Return policy

In the exercise of the right of withdrawal of the consumer, the cost of return are the responsibility of the customer, who is also responsible for the condition of the product after receiving it and once returned. The product must be returned within 15 days from the date the customer sent the cancellation notice to GUY. Returned items must be carefully packaged, in good condition and in their original carton. Returns must be made in accordance with GUY’s detailed sales return procedure (GTC).
